Project Update - Market Square, Basildon

BDM Construction is delighted to share our progress on a major regeneration project at Market Square in Basildon Town Centre. 

BDM Construction were appointed to deliver all Groundworks working for Addington Formwork for Main Contractor Ernest Park & client Orwell Real Estate and Canadian firm Starlight Investments.

The overall project comprises of 492 flats and around 1,650 sq m of commercial space, significantly contributing to Basildon’s £600m regeneration masterplan.

BDM Construction’s full scope of works includes Deep Drainage and Infrastructure Works , 6no Large Stair Core and Lift Shafts, Large number of Pile Caps and Ground Beams Substructure Formworks, Large Volume Attenuation Tank which we designed to suit the project and works up to ground floor slab and 278 Street Works Connections. 

This project marks yet another collaboration with Addington Formwork, and it once again highlights BDM Construction’s capability to successfully deliver large scale groundwork packages. We look forward to sharing further progress shots as works continue.
