Substructure works in full swing.
Since our project award post, BDM Construction has made significant progress on site at 33–35 Jamestown Rd in the London Borough of Camden.
We are pleased to share that we have now commenced capping beam works, alongside breaking out and reduce level excavation – two critical steps as we push forward with the substructure package for client Arada London, in partnership with Addington Formwork.
✅ Capping beams underway
✅ Breaking out existing slabs
✅ Reduce level dig in progress
Looking ahead: Two attenuation tanks are scheduled for installation next week as we continue to drive the programme forward.
The team is executing these works safely and efficiently, keeping us on track for the next phases: raft slabs and deep drainage.
It’s great to see the project taking shape on the ground – we’ll continue to share progress shots as we move through the programme.
Well done to everyone involved on site and behind the scenes. Another strong example of BDM Construction delivering large-scale groundwork packages.
