BDM Construction is proud to announce that we have successfully secured all Substructure Works at 33-35 Jamestown Rd in the London Borough of Camden. We are working in partnership with Addington Formwork for overall client Arada London.

BDM Construction’s scope includes:

•Demolition Works

•Enabling Works

•Party Wall / Retaining Wall Works

•Pile Attendance

•Capping Beams

•Basement Waterproofing

•Large reduce level dig

•1.2m to 2.0m raft slabs

•Deep Drainage and Attenuation Tanks

The overall project comprises of 178 purpose-built student bedrooms and 27 dual and triple aspect affordable homes plus 3,500 square feet of commercial space on Ground floor. This project marks yet another collaboration with Addington Formwork, and its once again highlights BDM Construction’s capability to successfully deliver large scale Groundwork packages.
