Project Completion: Queens House, Piccadilly, Mayfair

BDM Construction is proud to announce the successful completion of another project for our longstanding and valued client, Quinn London. This marks the second project recently delivered for Quinn London, and we greatly appreciate their continued trust in our team.

Our scope of works encompassed the erection of all formwork and concrete works to steel columns and beams, servicing a sizeable lift shaft and extension area at Queens House, located on St James’s Street in the heart of Piccadilly, Mayfair.

This was a particularly logistically complex project, due to the central London location and the need to operate in confined spaces within a tight programme. Despite these challenges, our team delivered with precision and professionalism.
