Project Completion: Guildford Plaza

BDM Construction is pleased to announce the successful completion of our works at Guildford Plaza with our repeat business client, CField Construction.

The project consisted of the construction of 301 co-living studios and associated social spaces, with a basement level providing car parking. The units were distributed across four individual buildings, all connected by a shared podium slab at ground floor level. The blocks range in height from five to seven storeys.

BDM Construction’s scope of works included all hard landscaping, external walls, planters, and furniture. Our aim was to create a new public pedestrian route through the site, linking Portsmouth Road and Bury Street. This new thoroughfare runs through the heart of the scheme, creating a permeable and accessible environment while enabling the community to enjoy the events and activities hosted within the central courtyard space.

We were delighted to be involved in this project and thank CField Construction and their delivery team for the opportunity to collaborate once again.
